...nking in selfish way of just growing company at cost of employees personal life. Need to set proper time for office and also give compensation of they require us to work extra hours (STOP TELLING EMPLOYEES THAT WE ARE INEFFICIENT IN ALL THE PROJECTS) most of the times the deadline accepted by the BD team unrealistic just for sake of funds and put that burden on employees.

I love working at Desapex because of the working culture and the type of projects we do here, management is very cooperative, have provided me with opportunities to grow in many aspects , the feedback are taken constructively and corrected processes and helped to grow me in this organization, the opportunities are endless in this company, provided you are ready to take up this opportunity at desapex , people who have reasons for being sorry are not accepted in this culture

There is nothing much to dislike , because before working at desapex i had worked in 5 big MNC's the work culture and opportunities to grow are far better , only people who are beginning or starting of their career phase might feel little puzzled , but after seeing the rest of the world , i feel this organisation will grow and have a active feedback mechanism

This is my first company working after my college , although i never felt its my first job , everything was so sorted and the team helped me to cope up with my work and i learnt to work !

Alternate saturday there is working , but it must be till Friday only

everything i like abt Desapex and management is not a typical corporate cultured ppl everyone are treated really well management is always encourages on what ever you do which helps organisation

DESAPEX is simply a good organization for a training and job. I have a good teammates in Desapex Engineering. They are working on the first principle no thumb rules will apply here. I have a good work environment.

Traveling
