...agement is transparent there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Of course, Desai construction pvt ltd.is a good company, I have got a good experience working in this company, employees get a pay-per time salary in the company and worker are taken full care.

Some local Staff behave negatively with outside staff ,and senior level is also favored by them.

Management is very bad, very bad support from the side of management, last 3 years no increments, no bonus and high pressure for work. High speed work that's why quality is very poor. Work is not systematic, only follow the poor previous system, that's why I quit that job

Top Management is involved in all the decisions , frequent visits of Top level is helping to take critical things Forward , decision are Faster . Materials are never short to work , Payments are regular for staff & workmen , that helps smooth work .
