Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

In companies there no long growth,no appriciation of work,no other benefit

Dislikes

some times it has no work to continue to service. Some times its salary standard is very with reference to other organisation is low. So there no full satisfaction.

Management is very bad, very bad support from the side of management, last 3 years no increments, no bonus and high pressure for work. High speed work that's why quality is very poor. Work is not systematic, only follow the poor previous system, that's why I quit that job

Top Management is involved in all the decisions , frequent visits of Top level is helping to take critical things Forward , decision are Faster . Materials are never short to work , Payments are regular for staff & workmen , that helps smooth work .
