They indirectly include overtime in salary. Didn't give see off money(in end of year every one average 50 day's seeoff) Daily overtime is complelsary

Many things: 1) People behaviour and gossiping 2) Management lack of trust 3) Salary hike 4) Office politics 5) Worker and admin staff sit nears 6) Salary late payment 7) No leave encashment. Totally loss to employee. 8) Personal mobile ban as they are manufacturing rocket. 9) Many others 10) One of my teammate named Vivek karnani got 6% increment whereas he was quite hardworking guy. CFO Vikas sir was clueless and blamed management for low increment.

Company culture , Management, Working Environment, and All department person were so nice.

Dislikes

The Hod is worst 🤮, it was a nightmare working there with him/her. Due to some unwanted circumstance I decided to move but thank God I decided to resign from there.

Liked nothing about this company, they can fire you any time,no job security I had joined this company leaving my home town and went all the way to jaipur ,but they fired me within 2 months becoz of some politics..

The Management is very nice, all are like family members. The environment is good and excellent place to learn each and every thing related to jewellery manufacturing.

Dislikes

There are restrictions related to wear jewellery but its there in all the others jewellery companies too. Personal mobiles are not allowed but it is because of the company cares about the jewellery brands whom they work with, company doesn't want to leak any designs and methodology.
