The incentive structure is good. But it will get after 2 months only That's demotivating from doing business

There is no respect to the employee who is performing also. Salary will credit middle of the next month, incentives will get after 60 days. We can't find anything good at workplace

One of the worse Company's to work with, No Job Security, 0 Growth Opportunities, Very Poor in Paying Salaries (Not Paid on Time) & Not Paid as per Employee's Designation & Capability, for About Appraisals while working with Derby, full of Politics, Pathetic Work Environment, Management / Rather people under whom I worked with expect you to work 24/7/365 !!

0 Job Security you are hired & fired within no time, 0000000 Growth Opportunities, Salary & End Of Services both are manipulated, Forget about Appraisals while working with Derby Group !! Last but not the Least WORSE MANAGEMENT EVER COME ACROSS !!
