There is no respect to the employee who is performing also. Salary will credit middle of the next month, incentives will get after 60 days. We can't find anything good at workplace

One of the worse Company's to work with, No Job Security, 0 Growth Opportunities, Very Poor in Paying Salaries (Not Paid on Time) & Not Paid as per Employee's Designation & Capability, for About Appraisals while working with Derby, full of Politics, Pathetic Work Environment, Management / Rather people under whom I worked with expect you to work 24/7/365 !!
