DePronto Infotech provides an excellent opportunity for freshers to learn new things in a very little time span only. So it is the biggest pro for any Fresher if they have not worked on any client projects beforehand. We get direct opportunities to work on Client project after a small curriculum of training. The Promotion here are good as well if you deserve and possess all the required necessities.

Dislikes

Somehow I do feel that there is a small communication gap between all employees and Not the ideal work environment is followed due to WFH practices. As a fresher I dream to collaborate with my colleagues in all kind of activities whether be it work related or non work related.

- Bad Management - Screwed up HR Policies - 90 Days Notice Period - Bad Workspace / No Laptop. - Too many meetings - Guranteed Drop in Productivity - Asked to work on weekend even if working days are Mon - Fri - Poor usage of Jira. Mostly used to track employee - Below average support from seniors

Joined this company as I wanted to challenge myself, learn and grow. But experience was horrible. Management is very bad and has no empathy for the employees.Company is being run as one own private family firm with policies are namesake and not being followed at all. No employee benefits. Not even basic laptop. Have to use own laptop and if some issue comes in laptop then have to take leave and fix the laptop at or own expense.No support from company whatsoever. If one has computer and if there is electricity issue, then management suggests to buy laptop on own expense for backup. CEO and COO running the company contradict each other and also themselves w.r.t decisions and views.They have no knowledge about how to run a company. Never join this company.
