Well Everything ! Beware most of the good reviews are given by the Company Director's family members in Google. Three Dumb Self-proclaimed Directors have no clue of running a proper management hence wants to be next Amazon lol. They recruit dumb manager who are rejected from most of the companies has no clue of running a management, results in no hierarchy structure inside the management system. Moreover they gonna hire you for a particular role and ask you to look after other roles too. Because they're so dumb that they prefer not to hire specified people for a particular role & ask the other employee to look after that role too. Now talking about the appraisal, they will not give you a proper appraisal until you put a resignation, because you got a better offer. Then they will ask you to stay then through an appraisal hike. If you're having good educational or work experience credentials. Getting into this stupid company is an absolute suicidal. Even if you're a fresher a big no to you as well. Just avoid this dumb organisation. And incase you joined this company accidentally, may God bless you.

I worked as a graphic designer in this company. Sorry to say it was a nightmarish experience. The manager was totally incompetent. Don't have any experience in dealing with graphics related works & surprisingly was rude to me all the time. I had to gave spot resign just to get rid out of this messy company. Not recommended to freshers even.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
