Nothing is good in this department.

Dislikes

No salary increment. No promotion as per qualification. No job security. Work life imbalance. No satisfaction. Toxic environment. Less skilled people hired by the department. No learning. No timely salary no conveyance received. Interference by other agencies like DCPCR ,NCPCR. No training program organised by the department for new hires. And neither they provides fund for any activity or we cannot purchase from our end. Because we DCPU haven’t any financial power. Six days working when all the organisations are not work on Saturday but dcpu have to come.
