You can not expect salary increament as well as promotions. Senior staff is not cooperating

Good work environment and culture. But salary is very less.

There is a lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Very bad environment and I was in contract base when contracter change they want money for continuous contract and the behaviour of employers was very greedy they mostly use govt money for there on benifit

I don't like anything about Department of Telecommunications

The permanent employees thinks that they are above all. The Authority does not know what to do in certain matters. The Authority is pathetic. They doesn't give a person her right.

I have to explore future aspects of wireless/Radio spectrum management as reconstruction of ITU, International Telecommunications Union and advancement in the field of Radio Engineering as assistance to Government of India in regulating wireless technology.
