Nothing in this department to dislike. All are good. I am still working with this department. I am on contract basis in this department. I am Happy with this department but because I am on contract basis that's why I am finding some other options for me.

The Department has got innovation which is being adopted here with latest technology. It has to deal with very sensitive matters. It has the supreme power in the Government of India. The subject matter of all the Ministries/ Departments of Government of India is being approved by this Department. It has the very important subject matters which are dealt with in this Department. This is a very good point that Department of Personnel & Training has the supreme power of dealing with all types of officers / officials of their posting, transfer, promotion, training, study tours, etc.

Dislikes

The workload in Department of Personnel & Training is too much. The employee is always in pressure due to lot of work. The work being dealt with was of Recruitment Rules. Lot of files from all over the offices of Government of India used to come for approval of Recruitment Rules of different Ministries / Departments. There were lot of Parliament Questions, RTIs etc. which makes one very busy throughout the day. There were lot of meetings which were held on different subjects whose files have to be prepared.
