Since I have have working with the department as a project staff, job security is not that much satisfactory. Because projects are always time bound. Work culture is moderate. Since we are working for institutional capacity building of Gram Panchayats which are purely political entities. Policy of the organization highly influenced by the management technique of administrator. The main lacking is personnel policy.

Dislikes

I don't dislike at all, but expect some mechanism for personal growth of the staff, informal culture to strengthen motivation, decent salary structure and annual increment. Department may own this prestigious project of institutional strengthening of gram panchayat out of state budget to eliminate dependency on World Bank.
