Good support plus good captains who give opportunities for all volunteers to work in fields the want to serve in the given tasks.They also are bridge gap between the local area volunteers and police they help in building a good relationship with the cops.it helps one to come out r guve out their hidden talents and makes feel happy as apart from their work they are allowed to work for a good cause of the benefits of society in time of pandemic.

Dislikes

There is no proper funding from the government to dipr by which they are not able to provide basic perks for volunteers like id cards,bags,safetykit on time.......if it is given a opportunity from government dipr will help to bring good people for the society for a better tomorrow....
