Flexible timings, No deductions I used to like working for what I was accountable. Company understood my medical emergency for 10 days.

I used to work hard for what I was accountable. Still I didn’t get promotion. Salary takes almost 7-10th of each month to get credited. I was removed indirectly where I was trying to rejoin after my health recovery from Jaundice. No reply from company for my rejoining. But still I have work with them and I am thankful to deol family. Communication needs to improved. Profanity to be avoided by Sukhu sir. Rest is good. If in case any opportunities come across my path. Can consider to rejoin.

Culture of this company is very bad. They see employees as labour workers Salary is always late and sometimes they hold at when you are leaving. I have seen some employees crying for their salaries because they don't bother giving it on time

Nothing to say anything, really got more mental pressure No Proper training and its just for 30 minutes training whole entire process, and who will get understand for only 30 minutes training, however they will give only report generation work but in Naukri they were mentioned as its customer service related job.
