*Company provides 2 bonus in every year. *When you done your work on time then no need to take extra work load, you can develop your skill in your own learning.

Dislikes

*When company paid for employee accomodation and food then need to stay at a better place ( hygienic or safe ) . *My past experience with company -- HR said to me meet with this person, he arrange your PG but this person give worst/unhygienic room to me and after that i find my PG by me own.

Timing of salary co staff is supportive

The company is good and the co-staff of the company is also good but the management of the company is not good. These people only think about themselves and make their points. And treat juniors like donkeys. They harass juniors to make their points. Nor do they allow their skills to develop. This company is not good for freshers for long time only career will be ruined here. These people do not even get proper training done. Managers think only about themselves, they do not give any support, they do not forward good feedback. There is no work life balance, this pay and if you do extra hours duty then you don't get anything here. Even if we point out some problems, they say compromise, just make new rules to harass the staff. they are totally follow non-compliance activity.

only good for fresher and staying more than 2 year is worse decision. if you are reading this, try to out within a year or max 2 year.

company policy is made by unskilled people. (BA Honours wood medalist) New joiner cant take leave for 6 months, if will take leave then salary definitely deduct. Discussing about low salary and official problem is crime. if Manager is going outstation he will stay in hotel and junior employees will stay in PG. They can change company policy any time, every 3 months like routine checkup. if you want to stay long then you must require a reference in management, otherwise you will leave company because of less salary. company 60% energy is utilized to check & monitor the Bike meter readings of Field engineers. when employees left company then fighting is must, some time legal action required by employees, its become the culture.

Punctuality, Work timing is 8.30 to 5.30 which is very good.Japanese culture ,work life balance.

Dislikes

Salary and growth is not satisfying, Management peoples should think on hardworking people's .Management people's need to interact with employees on their work related ,salary or appraisal expectations or issues.
