They gave a good Salary Hike upon joining, however nothing good has happened upon joining

Everything from Work Life Balance to Mental health. Micromanagement from managers. Yelling for most petty reasons such as why weren't you there on your desk in front of 10-15 other employees - this was when I was on notice period and actually had no work most disgusting managers gave me a yell for unprofessionalism there are many many things which happened its just they were so bad that I just don't want to re-live it. I really wouldn't recommend anyone to join this damn company.

Top management is egoistic, will use you for their personal growth and advantage. Will not give credit for hard work. Don’t put any efforts to help you upskill. They will even yell at you and use inappropriate words if required.

It's a very young & enthusiastic team, with people having medium-long tenures that helps a lot with stability. They take work-fun very seriously and do enjoy working with each other.

Dislikes

Lack of aggressiveness in investing for the future and a clear identity on what type of an agency they are.
