Working with dentsu its really happy in terms of work and knowledge personal growth also environment in a simple working with fun in the dentsu and especially everybody is so humble and very much approachable.

If I talk about dislike than there is not only one point coming so as my point of view very much enjoying.

Only one person is there who I hate the most. Doing all politics. He is in senior level. Avoid him and you will definitely like the work space

Very much politics with the existing people from long time and the new comers, even after experience people they will not look into the the performance rather play politics blaming you for any cause. Managers are not individual contributors they are just to delegate work. And they call the KT as spoon feeding. You don’t have chance to discuss with your managers about your growth and opportunities
