Salary is peanuts. Appraisals are delayed saying that we want to give you a good hike and then give lower end single digit raise! The audacity to ask people to put in more effort is something!

...gers and senior manager don't consider the points and views of there employees. We have to extend the shift lot of times, Dentsu(paragon) doesn't pay for overtime we do. They give you 45 days leaves that we can take whenever we want but manager doesn't approve those leaves, they says there is a business need so we cannot approve your leaves.. Manager always pressurise to complete the work after shift is over, they doesn't care about there employee, and if we reach out to HR they says the matter is in between you and your manager we cannot help you. If you are going to work under Sr manager suruchi Kumari, then worst phase of your life is started. Think twice before you join Dentsu, no one cares about you.

It is well structured and the expertise here is overwhelming. It is professional, engaging and work driven to say the least.

No major concerns here, but I would suggest to follow the industry standard for any given thing.

Lack of Leadership & one common vision uniting all brands of Dentsu to work together. The leadership is cutoff from the ground reality. Work culture is stiffled by basic hygiene issues. Business, Profits and Clients suffer as red tapism takes over.

Deep rot in HR Leadership/old & new both. Lots of self promotion, no actually value add. Politics are rampant & salaries are the least in the industry. No engagement for employees with HR/Business Leadership pocketing all the money & growth. Deep mistrust in the company's way of working. People leaving within a year mostly. Clients are now failing to see any value add or any great talent do good campaigns for them so they are not even inviting dentsu for pitches. Black hole for your career.
