I worked at Dentakay India branch. This is the one of the worst place one could ever find to work. If you are reading this, please do not waste your time and energy working at this company. There is nothing to like about this company

...ion No job security Just about 1 year since they started their office in India. Fresher or experienced-same pay Whatever HR says had never made sense Manager- Anas always likes to be called Mr.Anas, from Morocco. He likes to treat Indian employees as his servants .

Its a good to work company where i was given the opportunity to learn the process and grow.

Dislikes

The only thing which is a drawback here is the salary, you should be paid as per your experience but here if you are a fresher or experienced it will be same salary for all. And we get paid on 7-10 of every month which needs to be changed.

Nothing it is radical Islamic extremism culture

Dislikes

Extreme radical Muslim majority. They had a corporate company group where they were praising hamas group in the Gaza war in the chats. There is a lady on the calls where she says introduces herself as a pakistani and how she loves it there. The HR personnel from the same culture hangs out with these majority religious radicals in his office playing cards. There were Arabic people coming in the office from abroad including places like Gaza. People beware about this place seems a bit weird and odd. The work is no where at sight it’s just people gathering for some kind of meet. Majority of non Muslims were let go and all the majority are here from the beginning who doesn’t even know anything about the job. Seems like a jihad formation in the making

No professional ethics/terms applied hire and fire any how as they feel. within the tenure of 4 months. I have noticed 15-20 new joinee and 5-10 termination. no job security.
