The only thing that is ok about the company is that they dont fire the employees,

Dislikes

...n makers are above 45-50 yrs of age and have been with the company for over 20 years. This result in company operation on outdated principals with little to no innovation or new developments. Employees seems to work just to justify their salaries rather than contributing to meaningful advancement. 3- CHALLENGING WORKING HOURS- The R & D team has a 5 day working week, But the mandatory 9.5 hours work day (8:30 AM to 6 PM) is designed to cover Saturday hours within the five days. 4- NO WORK FROM HOME POLICY- The company does not offer a work-from-home option in any circumstances. 5-Its strange, The company provide only desktop up to manager level. 6- PREVALENCE OF FAVOURITISM- Same as any other production plants their management support favouritism,And those who exhibit certain qualities can thrive, but be prepared for intense completion there too. but be aware of the competition already there. 7- LIMITED HR SUPPORT- The HR team is helpful during on-boarding but become less supportive afterwards, Primarily just following order from upper management. @These all for R&D team, for Production plant please do not follow this review. @Note that "upper management" here refers to the Denso tean Minda Plant's Upper management, not the Minda Group management.

Only that manufacturing environment gives us exposure to multitask rather than just specialise in one area.

Dislikes

-Very less package is offers, sometimes not even matching with qualification. -Employees concern are not heard . -less flexibility.

If you are looking job by name of Denso, please don’t go. All the policies are UNO Minda polices, not a single policy is from DENSO-TEN Company Plant level Top Management is focused only on certain employees in promotions & increments

I feel very good about working in Denso Ten Minda . Because here every employee support each other ,and respect each other . They are supporting me through covid 19 . In company we use all the instructions followed by government like we keep social distance to one another, and use the sanitizer . Minda group launch a personal app this is like aarogya setu app . In this app we fill a self declaration form daily .if we didn't fill the form we can't enter the company.In company guards check the body temperature of every employee .
