I don’t like my department (process engineering)majorly, others maybe are good but still there is lot of politics all around.It’s a stay late & get promoted kinda culture & u r forced to stay otherwise on next day u suffer unprecedented job load & the boss will make u realise that ur work is not up to date so better stay & finish it, if u r completing everything on time too.No personal life & company environment is pathetic. Almost all old age people gossiping around & minimum growth opportunities as it totally depends on ur terms with ur boss.Regarding technical skills, everything is taken from Japan & put as it is with minimum & minor modification so u r not totally studying the technical stuff u r just dealing with the things related to it. I would say if u r good dealing all this & can be a flatterer then Denso is for you otherwise not. This company is worst for females as they don’t know how to behave or deal with girls. You ll feel uncomfortable everywhere. Here I am taking about Denso india pvt ltd,Dadri.

There is a lot of politics and management. Salary is decent but career growth is fast. There is a no bond of years before which you cannot resign.

Good working environment, job security 100% and good management policies which helps an individual to enhance his/her career graph with Denso.

Salary Is decent but career growth is slow. Management decisions on policies is too slow. Increments are also delayed here.

Job security is good , many good policies dress and diwali gift and bonus and good appraisale as compared to other companies, company work culture is good for old employees

As new young employees coming old middle management fear from them of their position insecurities as they are old and promoted as per experience ....also most of work done in here in old fashioned way Also their is no transport facilities for even 25 km distance

Compensation is good, but growth is slow. Some it took long time to take decision because of many level approvals including parent company in Japan.
