There is a lot of politics and management. Salary is decent but career growth is fast. There is a no bond of years before which you cannot resign.

Good culture, promotes ideas and support for new ideas is there. Ethics and rules are followed to a great extent.

Dislikes

6 day working, No flexibility, Pay is less compared to industry standard. Learning curve is not that great, gets stagnant after few months. Not much technology driven.

... in evening Even if you complain and then you will be targeted and punished.. You come late to office by 2 minutes, your salary will be deducted.... There is no ERP in company and production planning is done in excel sheet. No MRP run nor MPS run in PPC dept... No trainings will be provided but expect to be performer and need to drive efficient factory initiatives Quality issues are at peak levels and company is survived because of Quality gates. This company has equivalent Inspectors as production... No scope for new technology & new thinking but follow odd & old culture... you come with idea and it will be suppressed. Only PE department has right to give idea and all other ideas are not to mark. It will be put down by PE dept

Safety and quality first this company.company policies are very good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

On the job training is not given to new joinees.There is a bond of 2 year before which you cannot resign.Me 7 year working in this company but not progess in my job.

Contractual Salary Not sacrificed. Because, New joining Salary and After 4 year work this company Salary same.Its very Unlike Salary system.
