Work culture work relationship with the management is so good and we can reach out with our queries to the management and they solve it right away. I am having a very good time in the company and am proud to be there in the company.

Dislikes

The only thing which i dislike is that salary is not worth it and i am unable to cope up with my expenses. Everything is perfect except with the salary and incriment part.

Hiring hierarchy should be done with good planning after HR team doing proper analysis which team at what time someone is required & for which particular role. Company policy must be same for every body.

Company is well cultured, basically it’s a startup where you can grow along with the company. Good culture, and the management is quite supportive if you work for them they will help you in all aspects.
