I have worked 3 year. Nothing to like

Dislikes

...rule applicable here. No work life balance. They are not following labour law. Last salary will never be given to employees. No offer letter, No salary slip. They are running many parallel shell companies like S.A consultant, denfab engineer, skill mounted etc. To voilet labour laws & PF rule. No gratuity. No professional ethics. If you late in morning you have to do double Companion. leaves policies very unfair and uncleared.

It is great environment for learning and nurturing the skills to analyse and visualize the Structural behaviour.Great team work, working variety of structures, no limitation to explore things. Thanks to MB lal sir to guide us to develop our skills in terms of STRUCTURAL ENGINEERING.

Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
