Internal politics is more 8. No IJPS,no promotion, if you are an agent till you leave the company you will be a agent only 9. They will conduct functions only for managers not for agents 10. The increment will be based on favorites not for the worked employee 11. As increment they will give 2 to 5% hike 12. There is no work from home or hybrid structure you want to login every day to the office 13, In the name of hr she is just a joke,simply taking salary

No progress, my 2months salary was not given by my manager Mr Anand gaurav, and suddenly my leaves are rejected by my manager...I am in web 1 which is really really pathetic....I will not recommend to anyone.

Worst management and staff gives hike like a peanut salary is very less mangers n top level management sucks they literally think us like animals working without any complains there are HR sessions to know the issues facing by employees all they come in the picture when they have to fire someone or terminate. In Diwali you just get a bonus of 400/- it’s better not to even give that. #Denavesucks
