>The shift here is less than 9 hours. >If you like to work as an assistant irrespective of the position offered, it's THE company for you.

Dislikes

>No creative approach considered. >Team collaboration is a difficult task as they don't entertain any new approach. They have a manual designed approach they like to follow. Even though it will be your responsibility and ask from the company but at the time of implementation it's gonna backfire on you. >They have internal budget fluctuation a lot so no job security. > Salary comes on 7th of every month but may be stretched in case of bank holiday or any other reason. > No parking space if you own a vehicle. > Worked as an assistant to the higher management....Read More

There is nothing to like cause this company works as connection basis. No HR policy define, they deduct and do calculation based on your own calculation. No standardization policies, one can do WFH one can come as per their convince. Mgmt treat you like they owns you!

Dislikes

EVERYTHING! You can re-define all idioms like people leave managers not organization but here both are pathetic. NO professionalism at ALL!

Hi everyone, I have decided to resign from my current organization due to a toxic work environment and internal politics. The management has been unwilling to align with the expectations they initially set for our team. Additionally, my ex-manager—the one who hired me—left the company, which made things even more challenging. Since I have only been with the company for seven months and currently have no job offers, I am struggling to find new opportunities despite actively applying and attending interviews. If anyone can guide me or share any job opportunities in the Delhi NCR region, I would greatly appreciate it.
