...else given false reason of termination. No career growth or justified appraisal. No bonus in regional office. Bribe is very common here.

The system is not at all helping to work with gaining experience, lots of internal politics by the head of department

The system is rediculous. Say something during interview and it happens something else. Create politics and make you in false pathetic positions. The hod comes late and even will wanting you to come late and if you come earlier they will sarcastically taunt for pressuring working till late if not than will pressure you with taunts and make it horrible to stay
