Nothing like about this company.

Dislikes

Very bad behavior of manager in North india ( Non oil & gas) No growth is here. Bad company culture. No travel policy. No food allowance provided during visits. Timing are very bad 9-6 pm also saturday is working.

No Growth opportunities Very poor senior mangemet Extremely bad travel policy's My reporting was to Kamlesh Yadav he is working with Dembla from last 10years and surprising part is he is BCom and he is sales manager in Mumbai region because of that insecurity he will never allow any Engineer to take responsibility of Mumbai region Because of him more than 10 sales engineer have left their job If some is fresher Thane they can join company for learning but experience and family man please stay away from the company they will make sure your life become hell

Nothing is good in dembla

Dislikes

There are many things that I don't like about dembla. Starting with HR of the company ,he is extremely mean and highly unprofessional he has no idea about Roles and responsibilities of HR. If you are fresher then stay away because they will never allow you to learn any thing. Job security is always a big Question , if someone is joining for senior position in sales and marketing

Hi All, During a job opportunity, when the recruiter asked for my expected CTC, I mentioned 12 LPA, as my previous job's fixed salary was 7.8 LPA. Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation? Would it be reasonable to ask for 14 LPA, considering I initially stated my expectation as 12 LPA? The job is based in Gurgaon, and I have 4.5 years of experience. Looking forward to your advice!
