Worst experience with HR kartik and her Wife. No job security. When company is making profit in dollars and giving salaries in rupees it does not matter if someone gives less numbers of leads and on basis of that employees are fired. All pvt company are just to take more and more advantage of skilled labours and paying them few cents. And firing employees just company wants to show they are the best and the top most leading companies. However I will never agree. I have seen one employee getting woking at a agent level her performance was average and she could not even speak English but still she is there with company she was never been fired. Alter she was promoted as a HR. It's very easy for a girl to have a short cut to have sucess.

Dislikes

...s a labour country. I think now it's time to boycot these outsourcing companies. Only those companies should be here in India who can give salary like Indian government provides. Facilities, reimbursement should be same as govt sector. Employee are been asked to extend the shift but not paying anything for that extra hours. I am going to file a FIR against all B2B companies and not following government regulations or rights of workers. Unauthorised practices are considered by the pvt limited company. High court will very soon take an action against the companies

I never felt like leaving the company until it was for my own decision to take a break from some mental stress. Every company has pressure but how you channelize it to the subordinates and agents is the main key. You get to see it in Demandshore. Very genuine place to work. Not too big not too small either. Beautiful work culture and pretty straight forward with any decision.

Dislikes

There were hardly any cons if you neglect work pressure. Of course a target based role involves pressure and it's tolerable here.

Fixed Saturday-sunday off. That's it.

Everything... From cafeteria to management, everything is screwed up. •There's politics n favourism at resource n management level. •Illiterate employees n managers. •Forceful extensions n no comp-off for the same.

It is Good company to work. I really enjoyed to at the time of working there. Good appraisal and benefits. Naver asked for the over time . Yes , like everywhere politics and partialities . And for Night shift no excuse to Female Employees as well. So no work and life balance.

Dislikes

No choice for shift timings. And partialities between Good and poor employees.
