The best part of being an employee in DelveInsight is having a good work life balance ..you come at 9 and leave by 6 ( obviously u need to complete ur assigned work) .The work culture is very comfortable and friendly. Excellent for fresher's..they can learn alot and grow simultaneously but yes you need to take initiative inorder gain the maximum knowledge from ur seniors.

They won't pay too much as it is a startup. No work from home

I miss working there even after more than one year. That describes almost everything. Given a chance, I would like to work again with them.

The higher management's view is blocked by only a handful of individuals. They should try to get the fact check of ground realities as well.

Although, people are not easily ready to let you learn something over there but still there are lot of things that can be learned on your own while working on projects

DelveInsight is a good place to learn and grow your Business Development skills, and with the proper guidance by your team and supervisor, one can learn the cores of developing business from it's roots. I joined as a fresher, and have learned a lot in a brief time, by the help of my supervisor, team mates, and my boss. Work culture is good in this organisation, as well as other fun events organised in the company before an ocassion is a cool way to refresh one's mind from the work.

Dislikes

Sometimes the working hours may extend and through that one has to learn to.keep their patience, and find alternate ways to manage the work more efficiently.

Really Awesome to work with delveinsight I'm working as a full stack developer from last 6 months and get a satisfied experience company CEO and other people behaviour is so polite and you can learn many things from here as fresher and experienced
