1. As compared to other companies and markets' expenses There salary is very less and work loads are very high. 2. Paper work is very high. 3. Casting rework and rejection work are very high.

Great company to start off your career & most important company is on the cusp of exponential growth. With these things are getting little complicated as lots of pressure will be there on who actually works. Management is really supportive if you do the right work.

...ive departments, segmentation of work profile is not same in HO & branch level. Salary structure need to more streamlined as compared to the workloads.
