For all those people struggling for growth in terms of good salary and skills and look for work satisfaction, please don't join. You learn nothing which can be put on your resume. And, No WFH options for certain dept.

- Pay is seriously dissatisfactory. Serious contribution by individuals are turned back on so as to not pay per the effort input. - Favouritism - Hiring people with less skill to catch up on things or get trained on. - Firing spree.

Salary could have been more. Lay offs. Company lays off people left right and center, when they decide to cut down employment it happens overnight. No job security
