good working environment and culture. All the extra perks were good about the company. Cab, food, occasional gifts, monthly parties were too good. Leave policies are good and flexible. They're providing yearly hike and bonus on time. Monthly salary are on time.

The work culture is very good at this company but the learning and career growth is very slow. Salary is decent according to their work. But what they are hiring by writing up in joining letter is completely different from the work what you have to do in the live environment. They are firing people from job like anything. It’s monotonous. You don’t get to learn anything new. When you switch to another company your experience here might be invalid because the training you received here is just meant for this. So 0 chances of upskilling. Lot of favouritism. Only bootlickers get promoted, if at all they promote.
