...re is very good at this company but the learning and career growth is very slow. Salary is decent according to their work. But what they are hiring by writing up in joining letter is completely different from the work what you have to do in the live environment. They are firing people from job like anything. They are few process and you will not leaning anything which will be help you in further future purpose.

If you're looking for basic salary, stress free work with no technical knowledge needed and you don't care about financial or upskilling, then it is good. For all those people struggling for growth in terms of good salary and skills and look for work satisfaction, please don't join. You learn nothing which can be put on your resume. And, No WFH options for certain dept.

This company has less work pressure when compared to other companies.

Dislikes

Management are inhumane, they fire employees as and when they go under loss. Salary is less and hike also. Lot of politics inside, if you are good with your team leads and manager, you are more likely to get good hike and even during crunch situations, if you hold bucket under the team leads, managers, you will be saved. Overall, politics works well in this company. No career growth or exposure to the technology.
