...ing politics . Yes you have a best career growth !! If you have oiling skills. Salary and appraisal fake commitment... Travel service is good because it's operate by vender. Politics are every single corners. In paint departments, artist and co_lead are more superior than lead and supervisor. Job insecurity environment... Sorry! As a Deluxepune employee no work life balance.... don't try to find it...

Teammates are very helpful and friendly. Don't be part of training, otherwise they will blackmail you. Promising job insecurity.

...I worked in. It is completely opposite if you are planning to join as an artist. Everyday overtime and pathetic hourly compensation. 1 hour of overtime can earn you only 40 bucks. Disgusting.

Dislikes

The HR is just there for name sake. They will never solve your issues. And there is no one you can escalate to if the HR doesn't help. Its a jungle raj. Even if they give it to you in writing that they will give you hike, they will deny it during the time of appraisal. This literally happened to me and I involved everybody possible. Nobody helps. Hence I quit exactly after completing 1 year.

Extremely friendly management and open desk policy is the best. One doesn't feel pressurized during work. People enjoy and love their work here because the environment and culture here is like that only. There is no politics here. But at some point of saturation, one needs to move on. The need to learn more, to grow more I thought about changing my job.

The only thing I dislike is salary.

-Liberal and calm minded managers. -Micro management is a big No No. -Good amount of leaves offered per year. -Opportunity to do try things out of the box. -Support received from employees across the globe.

- Pay is seriously dissatisfactory. Serious contribution by individuals are turned back on so as to not pay per the effort input. - Favouritism - Hiring people with less skill to catch up on things or get trained on. - Firing spree.
