Work life was there for me. Salary hikes were good for me for 2/4 years. Others 2 years it was affected with covid. WFH advantage was there till April 23. Manager's and TLs that I got most of the time was good. Internal opportunities are there too for growth. But pay increase is not a lot too.

Dislikes

Pay will be 4-5 LPA at hiring. Increments for most people is around 5%-6%. If you are good at work and if the company situation is good then you'll get a good raise. Nothing new we get to learn here.Whatever we learn can be used only within the company. Nothing we can use it for other companies. Good for freshers.

You will be embodied with office politics Toxic environment Incapable individuals are made seniors and managers Every north indian female has ego bigger than her head Toxic AF you will be chucked out without your own knowledge they will stop alloting you work once they know if there is even a tiny mistake they create a huge scene out of a very lil issue such as not punching early n being 2 mins late They have hire n fire policy employee friendliness is 0 there is no team collaboration at all once your trained on your project your left all alone by yourself no one will ever guide you even tho they say they will . the seniors like to see you fail a lot and will not help they say they are there to help but will never help you. Tbh it's a very toxic environment you need to bucket at times join this company if you have no skills at all and are good only in speaking English , these days even auto wallas speak English and is not an achievement... learning a tough skill and baging a job is an achievement. 0 class company filled third class chapri people..

The people are good and helpful, there are regular activities and team outings. Managers are always available to help.

Dislikes

No Job security, salary is bad and absolutely no work life balance. There is not much to learn once the process is understood. Hikes are also embarrassingly low.

For project coordinator role its very poor company. They’re going to put everything on the PC heads, pay them very less and expect them to be on top on everything. Rest team would not be responsible for anything but a PC will be responsible for everything. The others team fault also comes on PCs head. Management is unorganised, they hardly care about the motivation the employees are getting and work satisfaction They are getting business however they’re not bothering to pay to employees PCs are overburdened with work No help is provided Management doesn’t care about employees work satisfaction

They genuinely appreciate the work we employees do for them. The managers are extremely helpful and want you to succeed. There is no pressure to work for more hours as they work given by them usually fit in the 8 hour work schedule which they are very strict to follow. We are always encouraged to use up our leaves and we don’t need to provide a reason for that.

Dislikes

Salary appraisal is not great. Bonus also is not great. Overall they do try to match the market rate but that might not happen every time. Meetings can be a bit long, meetings that say 1 hour exceed that time.
