They genuinely appreciate the work we employees do for them. The managers are extremely helpful and want you to succeed. There is no pressure to work for more hours as they work given by them usually fit in the 8 hour work schedule which they are very strict to follow. We are always encouraged to use up our leaves and we don’t need to provide a reason for that.

Dislikes

Salary appraisal is not great. Bonus also is not great. Overall they do try to match the market rate but that might not happen every time. Meetings can be a bit long, meetings that say 1 hour exceed that time.

Likes

-Liberal and calm minded managers. -Micro management is a big No No. -Good amount of leaves offered per year. -Opportunity to do try things out of the box. -Support received from employees across the globe.

Dislikes

- Pay is seriously dissatisfactory. Serious contribution by individuals are turned back on so as to not pay per the effort input. - Favouritism - Hiring people with less skill to catch up on things or get trained on. - Firing spree.

Work culture is very good. Company gives importance towards work life balance

Dislikes

Salary could have been more. Lay offs. Company lays off people left right and center, when they decide to cut down employment it happens overnight. No job security

...osphere of uncertainity, and it seems to be an ongoing worry for many employees. The company has a limited scope for career advancement and salary increments.

Likes

Work life was there for me. Salary hikes were good for me for 2/4 years. Others 2 years it was affected with covid. WFH advantage was there till April 23. Manager's and TLs that I got most of the time was good. Internal opportunities are there too for growth. But pay increase is not a lot too.

Dislikes

Pay will be 4-5 LPA at hiring. Increments for most people is around 5%-6%. If you are good at work and if the company situation is good then you'll get a good raise. Nothing new we get to learn here.Whatever we learn can be used only within the company. Nothing we can use it for other companies. Good for freshers.
