Good thing was, I enjoyed my work although it was hectic.

...onal life, ready to work during weekends, especially Saturday nights, go for it. The amount they pay is slightly better but if you're a contract/freelance employee you need to wait till the painful middle of the month. And rarely do they hire for day shift. Any grievances or complaints to HR would not work because you can't reach the manager directly but will have to talk to the HR executives and your grievances take a lot of time to get resolved.Be prepared if you're considering this company.

Fake promises. Ignorance. Favouritism. I shall sue them for playing with my career for 4 years but who has the time, I already wasted 4 years so can't waste anymore time going behind them. Higher management seems to run on principles of anarchy. Neither financial growth nor the profile. Lots and lots of favouritism.

A lot of internal politics that prevents an individual from growing in a company. This company believes it favoritism and not competency. Keep being a yes man to your boss and you'll do great. Tell your boss he or she is wrong and it's the beginning of the end. The ones who humor and do chamchagiri for management are the ones who get promoted.
