Very bad environment in this company. No any supporting staff, no any learning support, no career growth and not came salary on the time. I am not happy to this in my working life and work experience.

I like the friendly culture of staff and management.

Company is old and good in their regular sectors but No proper planning & strategy for expansion in new segments. Need to do more development in working as they compare with big brands.

This is very bad company for working there. There is no any system and procurement . Delton is an Lala Company.

Very bad organisation, there is no any policy , rule , regulations, this is fully like a Lala company, very bad culture between the staff. Job security is zero. There is no any future. Only time wasting company.

As I am working from last 3 years , first of all for females basis thing is to work in good environment with our seniors, juniors..so here you I got all the benefits like they all are supportive and encourage also ...motivate us...here we have cafeteria also where you can have your coffee, lunch ..

We have to get more improvements in training portion

Don't destroy your career with this company. Job security is null. They will always pressurise you even you are doing well. Behavior of MD is terrible. So much lack of management. From past 70 years they are still not able to achieve 100cr business. Company is in loss. Don't waste your time and skills with this company.

They can fired you anytime without any notice or intimation. Nothing is likable.
