I work in the Pan-asian section as a commis 3 chef. As it is what I am interested in I love workng in that environment. There are lots of things to learn as the kitchen serves food from various different countries in the Asian continent. The work culture in the kitchen is really good as everything has to be perfect in its own way because it is a speciality restaurant.

Dislikes

The salary that the hotel is providing is very less. And its the complaint of every single employee in the hotel.

...otels & casinos with a base in Goa. It has 3 offshore casinos & 2 hotels in Goa. Salary is highest of all in Goa with 9 hours shift with 98% night shift. Appraisals are on time with increment. You will get teammates from all over India and Nepal.

Dislikes

More preference is given to the gaming staff. A gaming dealer which is base position earns more salary than a supervisor in another department. Rest of the departments are sometimes under staffed and in gaming over staffed. Free accommodation and transport to female staff.

Promotions / Appraisal. I started working in this company in 2018. At that time my salary was 13000. And now it is 20000. My salary has been increased by 7000 in 6 years. If I had worked in any other company for the same 6 years, my salary would have been more than 30000 by now. Now you can imagine what will be the benefit of working in this company.

There’s no way I could say good thing because they never cared about their own staff most of the people who joined them left and so the old staff too! such a shame that they are treating like shit to make money

The rest of staff is hilarious and so the managers. Their name is on top list for no reason they don’t treat everyone equally being Goan they don’t give respect but outsiders ( staff) they do!

First work life experience was great in deltin, with great team and learned new experiences how to handle the guest with good satisfaction to the guest and us

It was my first job so I don't have any dislikes about deltin work life, I am just finding new knowledge to learn in which deltin can't provide the best. Deltin preferences is in gaming and in F&B department their isn't anything to do in f&b. We even don't take an A la carte order unless instructions is given by gaming department, we only serve buffet menu mostly it's self-service.
