Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

AGM MANISH KUMAR SHARMA is an incompetent fool. I don't understand how he ended up being working here. He doesn't know how to use basic tools and doesn't know how to speak with colleagues. He was fired from his previous firms (Corrit & Revolt) due to data theft and an unprofessional attitude. I highly recommend not to work with him. He is a CHEAT. HR SANDIP AGRAHARI is very unprofessional he doesn't know how to talk and is involved in illegal activities.
