Work life balance was good

Dislikes

No promotions, no job security(they can fire you on the spot without any prior notice and no compensation is given for that), work is not progressive, chances of developing your skill is zero, they often ask you to relocate to a new location without any prior notice or discussion and if you don't agree to relocate they fire you.

i had worked for 6 months,without proper resason immediately fired,they treated as we were not profesionals, we were like thieves,so the way they were thining not good.

Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
