Delsey is a best brand for me am working j delsey happily and with satisfaction one sad think is i want to pickup the brand but am nit getting stoct at time and iur boss Julius he is a best supporter for us

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Its small size company so you get exposure to many department function .

Dislikes

No policy at all and no timely reviews and no work-life balance. Officially it is 5 days but management expect employees to work all 7 days
