...ice 3 months. Says no perfomance. Ask to overstay daily 2 hours. Continue shift. No bonus. No facilities to execute work . No rest shed for employees to sleep. If not doing extra 2 hours you are targeted. No overtime payment. Money minded. Just brand name TVS

Poor Career Growth for Lateral Supervisors. Poor Increament. Zero Benifits. Zero Bonus. Filled with politicians so tough to survive.

Dislikes

There is not much opportunity to learn technical things. Partiality between employee and trainee is more. Security guards won't respect you.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
