Working Environment will be good .friendly staffs and work is very easy .getting reasonable salary /stipend.

Dislikes

HR AND other co ordinators are very rude to talk ,especially security officer. Mobile phones are not allowed .they are seeing partiality to the trainees compare to employees. Foods are very worst .maintainance is very poor. You are treating like a low casted people if you are working as trainee there and one more think,you cant learn anything .they only expect production output .your learning is not matters

It's a good place to kick start career. As a fresher I learned about industry . Here we get an idea of how the corporate company had done production planes. There is no game play in this company policies.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow. In training they only teach about safety. I think it's not enough. So please do some more about industry.

... Even you don't have printer/ Xerox you have to run various place / department. No bonus. Shift continuation there. Health will be affected. No loyalty, will kick out after extracting work. Don't join. Always to be in pressure. Realistic work won't be there. Top management get good salary in lakhs and Incentive 40 to 50 lakhs. So they don't bother you. Just talk sweetly to extract work only. Then they will extract all from your brain to daily write 1 suggestion to improve company and reduce cost. No use even a single paise to you. Compulsory over stay after 4.30 pm during suggestion meetings and all bus will be stopped, you can't go house. At our personal time they keep suggestion meetings. 1 computer 3 persons to use like musical chair. Irrespective of production all departments to come in shift ( If they don't like will put in shift midnight 1 am to morning 9 am), except Finance & HR.

Nowadays the salary not affordable for running family. And food worst at many times.

There is not much opportunity to learn technical things. Partiality between employee and trainee is more. Security guards won't respect you.
