HR AND other co ordinators are very rude to talk ,especially security officer. Mobile phones are not allowed .they are seeing partiality to the trainees compare to employees. Foods are very worst .maintainance is very poor. You are treating like a low casted people if you are working as trainee there and one more think,you cant learn anything .they only expect production output .your learning is not matters...Read More

It's a good place to kick start career. As a fresher I learned about industry . Here we get an idea of how the corporate company had done production planes. There is no game play in this company policies.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow. In training they only teach about safety. I think it's not enough. So please do some more about industry.
