Honestly, there's not much to like about working here. The environment is suffocating and toxic. Employees are constantly micromanaged by the CEO, who gets involved in every minor detail instead of focusing on leadership and strategy. There's no room for growth or independent thinking — you're expected to say 'yes' to everything without question. The only people who thrive here are those who don’t challenge the status quo. Work-life balance is non-existent, and the overall atmosphere is more stressful than productive. It’s hard to stay motivated in such a controlling environment.

Dislikes

There are several things I dislike about working here. First, the culture is extremely toxic. Employees are constantly micromanaged, with the CEO keeping an eye on the smallest details, from when you arrive to when you leave. Instead of letting HR handle employee matters, the CEO intervenes in everything, which creates an atmosphere of distrust. There’s no sense of autonomy or empowerment. Additionally, growth opportunities are limited because the company only values people who say ‘yes’ to everything. Overall, it’s a frustrating and demoralizing place to work.

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions
