Work from Home option Salary is good, appraisal every year

Zero work life balance. Works gets assigned by random tags on teams, even during weekend or late night. One thing goes wrong, the find a scape goat to blame - most times its a guy who is new or one who doesn't speak much. The company is run by a bunch of bachelors and assume everyone is the same. Every Work comes with unrealistic deadlines - fews hours to max 2 days. Job security is almost non existent.

Good team collaboration even in remote working model.

Dislikes

High work pressure and its is expected to work for 12-14 hours everyday. There is no work life balance and its only work. Under maturity in leadership style and too un professionality in providing feedback.

If you are a fresher or having experience of 1-4 years, it is an organization where you can earn good money and learn about using Microsoft Azure product. They pay money but there is a cost to it- Read the dislikes...

One of the most toxic work cultures I have ever seen. The organization has no relationship with consulting or real consulting work. There are director level people using un-professional language and have no idea of handling senior executives. If you are not a boot licker, you will be harassed with over work, which is impossible to be done. This is done just to create a story to escalate things to senior management. Project Management of the organization has no about a most important project management process - Effort Estimation. No baselines are created in a project besides over commitment to the client, making client suffer too. You will have no idea and no discussion will be done before changing your role. Your role will be changed then a task related to the changed role will be assigned, which is no where related to your core skillsets. If you fail, that becomes a point of escalation. Remember technology is a matter of change, but business process changes based on certain policies and standards. Here people have no relationship with Standards and Policies. I would also like to narrate a story here - I have an uncle, when he gets sick, he chooses to go to a doctor who is a gold medalist in specialty. The doctor prescribes the required drugs which could provide him the best help possible. My uncle returns with the prescription and visits a quack on the way to validate whether the drugs prescribed by a gold medalist doctors are correct or not." This is the situation with some Delphi Directors. What an "IDIOT" :D ! I know if someone from Delphi read this, will know who I am.

It’s just so disheartening here. There’s blatant favoritism, constant micromanagement, and the CEO has absolutely no clue about what’s going on but still sticks his nose into every little thing. There’s no sense of structure or hierarchy at all. Interview processes drag on for months with zero communication, and the whole place feels like a joke. The director’s dad is in charge, the mom is somewhere in the mix, the brother’s a director too, the sister’s the recruitment manager… and don’t even get me started on all the friends and relatives who seem to have a job just because they know someone. It’s like a family-run circus.)

There is learning in the job, as it is a small company you get exposure to multiple things.

Dislikes

1. Work life balance is not good 2. There is no proper planning in any work 3. New people join the company but are not able to adjust due to unstructured way of working
