Everyone works like a one big family. Each person supports another. No false deadlines and unnecessary pressure. Follows US culture for employee satisfation along with customer satisfaction Not sure if it still is. People were very k owledgable and passio ate....HOD purchase is still pursuing MBA (weekend classes).

Very less pay package. Location far off from city centre New business and futre plan not available Job security is there (till the company is running) but company's future is not; just like GM india.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

This company is open to innovation of new products and adopts latest technology.I am a team member that produce markets reliable,high quality products and has a global client base.This is US based MNC.So I work with my colleagues come from different culture.We work happily in collaboration.

Compensation is nil and growth is slow.The work pressure is high.There is no job traing for new and old persons.

The focus of management on training & development of employee is very weak, Average increment 10%, Location 40km away from main Pune city, poor connectivity, 6 days working, no travel, nepotism, below average career growth
