The Culture is amazing, very professional and polite towards each other. Salary and bonus is of market standards. Lot of year round Benefits.

Dislikes

Limited scope on real time project exposure, learning. Resource Staffing is pathetic, no analysis on staffing or project assignment. Career growth is stagnant. Way too complex Performance Evaluation process which impacts a new joiner or a virtual working employee.

I think the flexibility that Deloitte offers is amazing and as an employee, I am free to work from wherever I want to, and there is no micro management. The team is very professional and there is not much hierarchy.

Dislikes

The salary paid by Deloitte is not commensurate to the work. Appraisal, especially at Deloitte, India are not up to the mark and overall I believe you are underpaid significantly at Deloitte.

Nothing!! If you believe in a so called brand and happy to be part of that bubble who say I work in a big4 .. you might think again!

Almost everything!! Travelling 5 days a week after covid! Working almost 13-15hrs in office No office shuttle Working on weekends No hike! Where in which company you have seen where they increase your project allocation by month to month basis knowing the project is 5+years long! (Welcome to your big4) Managers verbally treat you unprofessionally! Company rum by bunch of hooligans from the industry!! They don't have families i think hence they are on 6+hrs of call!! Just go away even if you have any offers!
